* issues with AFOE cover on amazon are being resolved

It appears the the only issue was the swastika on the cover. I have submitted a revised cover (see above) and expect that AFOE will be restored to all amazon sites in another day or so.

Remaining issues to be resolved with Amazon …

  1. Why was I not notified in early October when AFOE was “suppressed” from amazon.de?

  2. Why was AFOE “suppressed” from amazon.com on March 8, again without any notification?
