DEAR MR. BEZOS

I was just made aware of a new book (Hitler’s American Model), published in 2017, which is listed on amazon in the US and in Germany, which has a swastika on the cover. Can you please explain to me why that book (and many others on both sites) may have a swastika and mine (A FLOOD OF EVIL) cannot?
