Hello Lewis,
Per our conversation, I am submitting your request with my call notes to our content team asking the following:
– If the swastika is the only reason for the suppression
– If it would be acceptable to upload a new cover with the swastika removed under the same title ID and ISBN
– If the Jewish star with the inscription “jude” is allowed
You should be hearing back from this team within the next one to two business days with their response.
In the meantime, please do try to have a better day.

We’ll see how Amazon responds, and if they are treating me the same as other authors. What I find inexcusable is that they never told me in October when they removed the book from the German site, nor yesterday when they removed it (print edition only) from all Amazon sites. They have still not answered any of my questions, including what was the cause of their action. The book was approved, including the cover, when originally submitted in June.
