There are four unanswered questions before Amazon Create Space …

  1. Is the swastika on the cover the only reason for the suppression?

  2. Would be acceptable to upload a new cover with the swastika removed under the same title ID and ISBN?

  3. Is the Jewish star with the inscription “jude” allowed?

  4. Why was the book removed from Amazon.com as well?”

A separate question has been sent to Amazon Kindle Support …

      5. Why has AFOE been removed from the amazon.de (the Amazon German site)?
